I reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any given time on this website. Things can always be improved, changed when new information comes to light, and just be more enjoyable for readers.

Even though I work very hard to provide you with up-to-date  and accurate information (through lots of reading and watching whats going on), I make no representations or warranties of any kind (expressed or implied) about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information, products, services or related graphics contained on Quebec Culture Blog for any purpose.

Especially when it comes to events, places, dates, media, entertainment platforms, or any other scenario in which those who are highlighted in this blog may have participated in, I advice you to double check through independant research conducted by yourself.

I aim to provide you with accurate information at the time of publishing, but some information will understandably be less accurate as time passes. Unless otherwise noted (by way of credits, identified links such as Youtube, or other), I request that written consent be granted prior to use.  Fixed material (such as photos or openstreetview maps) are from opensource sites.  IF I missed a credit, it would be due to an inadvertent oversight.  However I exercise as much due dillengence as possible.  If you find that I have inadvertently missed a credit to linked material or other, please advise me as soon as possible so I may take measures to provide the appropriate credit.

A link to quebeccultureblog.com must appear in all copies of any artwork or content belonging or originating from this site, including articles, press releases and as icing on cakes.  However, I will, from time-to-time, use open license photos or graphics.   I will endeavour to not use copyrighted material that has not been granted an open re-use / modification license.

Thus, I will do my very best to ensure that any outside photos or graphics have specifically been designated as having an open license and permission for re-use.   Should such a license be rescinded, or should it have been marked in a different manner than how I understood it to be marked, please contact me immediately (via email) so appropriate action may be taken.  (As you will see from my blog posts, I am an advocate for using non-pirated works, and for encouraging others to also not resort to piracy… fair is fair – I wouldn’t want someone to pirate my work, and thus I make every reasonable effort to not pirate the work of others… I’m a pretty good guy after all ! 😉 ).

Guest bloggers and other contributors to quebeccultureblog.com are responsible for their own submitted material on my website and have to ensure that their work complies with national and relevant foreign, comical-, attraction- and gravitational laws.
